I’m a business practitioner with a strong technology background — a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at Warsaw University of Technology. I have 20 years of experience in IT leadership across global and local organizations, managing cross-functional teams and services delivered by external providers. I’ve led business transformation projects, built support teams for global applications, and implemented modern technologies and agile ways of working.

I’m an EMCC accredited mentor and and team coach. I follow the Global Code of Ethics. I support executives, managers and IT professionals in their development journeys — helping them reclaim control, energy, and effectiveness under high pressure and overload.

I serve on the board of European Mentoring and Coaching Council Poland and am a member of ISSA Polska, the national association for information security professionals.

As an ITIL® 4 Master and accredited trainer, I design and deliver development  workshops and consultancy services. I teach time and energy management, effective business communication, and personal productivity.

 

I’m also a certified resilience trainer and a licensed TOP360 diagnostic practitioner. I work with both adults and young people — including delivering Life Plan Academy workshops for the Marek Kamiński Foundation, helping youth define and achieve meaningful goals.

I work both online and onsite — in Polish and English.
