I graduated from Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology (EITI PW).
During my studies, I was actively involved in voluntary work supporting the student community. I served as Leader of the Faculty’s Student Council and Vice-Chairman of the University Student Council, taking responsibility for student welfare, education quality, financial matters, and disciplinary issues. I trained students, other council members as well as univeristy staff.
I spent 16 years in leadership corporate roles at Procter & Gamble.
I learnt how to operate under pressure, with constant change and high expectations.
I managed a global CRM platform serving over 200 million consumers, implemented GDPR and compliance processes, reduced costs by 30% annually, tripled deployment speed, and cut defects and user issues by 50%.
In the Master Data domain, I led an ITIL® and Lean-based transformation that reduced number of defects 5 times. My process automation with key suppliers resulted in delivering up to 70% cost savings.
One of my key achievements was leading a successful migration of highly complex Business Intelligence support services between competing strategic vendors.
I established my own company and created IT Positive brand.
I became an accredited ITIL® trainer, holding ITIL® 4 Master designation. I deliver accredited trainings and lead tailored IT Service Management bootcamps. My focus is on optimizing processes and supporting people in driving and managing change within their organizations.
I obtained EMCC European Individual Accreditation. I am an acredited mentor helping in: building resilience, resolving business challenges, enhancing productivity and achieving a harmonious work-life balance. I'm an expert in new technologies, digital transformation, leadership in international environments, developing productive relationships and effective business communication.
