team coaching.
from challenges to effectiveness

This workshop starts with a pre-work.

PERILL is an innovative team diagnostic tool developed by Professor David Clutterbuck.
It enables a deep and structured analysis of how teams function across six key areas that influence effectiveness:

  1. Purpose & Motivation – How clearly the team understands and aligns with its goals

  2. External Processes – How the team interacts with other departments and stakeholders

  3. Relationships – Trust, collaboration, and conflict resolution within the team

  4. Internal Processes – How decisions are made and tasks are managed

  5. Learning – The team's ability to adapt, innovate, and continuously improve

  6. Leadership – How leadership style impacts team dynamics and performance

Diagnostic Process

  • Online questionnaire with 120 questions (takes approx. 30–60 minutes)

  • Individual and group-level data analysis (anonymous and system-based)

  • Team dynamics interpreted as a system, not isolated symptoms

  • Focus on causes, not just visible problems

  • Holistic diagnosis → sustainable solutions

  • Individual debriefs with the leader + team-level insights

workshop topics

That fully depends on the results of the diagnosis.
Usually, the team:

  • discusses selected challenges and issues

  • identifies their root causes

  • brainstorms ideas for improvement

  • commits to and plans specific actions

Several follow-up sessions are beneficial to support real, lasting change.
